Under the title "Time to Reflect", borrowed from a David Shrigley’s artwork, the idea of the piece starts from the concept of reflection in the broader sense. The scenic device is a large mirrored glass separating the audience from the performers. The play will be performed for a restricted number of 10 seated spectators at a time. The number of performers will match the number of spectators. It is the viewer who defines the time of the performance. and the moment he/she/they gets up and cuts off the dynamics, leaving place to another viewer. All other viewers are put waiting for a sit on the chair, and, as in a voyeuristic game, they are free to watch the performance and the relationships established by others from the outside, choosing to later participate in the performance or not. The mirrored layer glass/acrylic somewhat allows to show the "other side" through a game of light.
The image/action of the piece/installation is based on a game of reflections between the image of a reflected audience and the image of the performers behind the mirror, who initially replicate the audience's own image and gradually like some kind of appearances produces symbiosis of faces and bodies, up to a direct confrontation, eye leveled, with virtual touch and consequent relation/interaction with the spectator while listening to pre-recorded whispers of José Miguel Silva's poetry (like thoughts, intimate memories).
